In case you missed it, the
Democratic-controlled state legislature recently passed a property tax increase expected to cost the taxpayers 1.8 BILLION dollars over the next decade. That’s right, only 5 months into their 2-year rule, the Democrats have raised taxes by 1,800 million dollars.
“Wait a minute!” you might say, “the Colorado constitution requires that voters approve tax increases.” You would be right. But when has un-constitutionality ever stopped Democrats from advancing their agenda?
